Howie Payne of Liverpool group ‘The Stands’ set to play Hare & Hounds

Howie Payne is the driving force behind the Liverpool group ‘The Stands’ and is set to play his first live shows in two years.

After a whirlwind decade of near constant live performances that took him around the globe, Payne took a break from touring, recording and focused on song writing with a whole host of artists.

Payne wrote a couple of new songs and got really excited about the idea of playing and recording them. “So I’m gearing up to do that now, and the first step is to always play the songs live.”

I’m genuinely excited about it.” This winter sees Payne playing a handful of solo acoustic shows where he will be performing a selection of these new songs.

He is set to hit the Hare & Hounds, Birmingham on November 17th at 20:00, with support from Alex Ohm, with tickets costing £7.00 not including booking fee.
