Located on Suffolk Street Queensway (a short hop, skip and jump away from John Bright Street and New Street Station), Bourne and Co. is a 1920’s Prohibition style cocktail lounge dedicated to serving up some of the best tipples in town.
Through the prism of a cocktail glass, Bourne & Co create a vibe, mixing remnants of the past with a more convivial era. Bourne & Co. bring back the craftmanship of bartending that seems to have been lost by so many of the large chain brands and independents. The bar offers table service when possible.
Bourne & Co. adopt a contemporary approach to menu writing and cocktail creation, rending a selection of exclusive recipes changing along with the seasons. An assortment of base spirits, potions and elixirs are crafted to serve all personalities. Great emphasis is placed on great taste and in presentation, making this an essential for cocktail connoisseurs.
Bourne and Co. have a full bar menu available with over 50 vintage recipies dating back to the 1800’s as well as a table menu of 16 seasonal and contemporary creations.

There are pro vinyl DJS every friday & Saturday night as well as the popular night: #VintageMixMasters. The resident DJ Damien Wilkes UKVIBE (knowledgeable vinyl DJ with a big following) and his sideman #DjsApprentice curate the evening’s audio ambiance with latin, soul, raregroove disco, boogie and the very latest electronica (unique in Birmingham). Weekend nights build up nicely with a diverse crowd and relaxed cool atmosphere.
