Sunday Brunch at Hyatt Regency Birmingham

A Sunday well spent is one with plenty of good food, friends and time to chill-out. The talented chefs at Aria, Hyatt Regency Birmingham’s signature restaurant, are advocates of big Sunday feasts so they have designed the ultimate brunch buffet for the whole family to enjoy.

The international team of chefs is lead by Executive chef, Liam Crotty who has greatly influenced the menu with the introduction of some exotic flavours alongside brunch favourites. Liam gained his experience in some of the top restaurants around the world including Hyatt restaurants in Dubai, India and Tokyo.

The cooling counter includes cured meats and seafood, superfood salads and seafood ceviche. International main dishes are prepared from Italian, Greek, Indian and Asian cuisines. The brunch classic of eggs benedict and a street food counter is sure to be a huge hit with all the family.

Live stations include a traditional roast fore rib of beef carving station with all the trimmings, various pasta dishes from the Italian team and sweet treats are highlighted by the chocolate mousse cone trees and live waffle station.

Every week, a local musician, vocalist or DJ will also be filling the atrium with music.

The brunch buffet is £30 per person including soft drinks and juice. Make it a boozy affair and add two hours of unlimited selected drinks for an additional £10, including unlimited prosecco, bottled Heineken or Spritz Veneziano – a cocktail of Prosecco, Aperol and soda. For the grand experience, upgrade to the champagne brunch package which includes the full feast plus two hours of bottomless Moet Champagne for £50 per person.

Sunday brunch at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham launches on 15th September and is available every Sunday from 12:30 to 3pm. To reserve a table visit https://www.bookatable.co.uk/aria-bistro-brindleyplace-broad-street-birmingham or call 0121 643 1234.
