Since the closure of the nationally known Rainbow Venues, green shoots have started to emerge amidst the Industrial landscape of what is actually the original heart of Birmingham, or when it was originally a village/town.
Bristol’s own MJR Group have taken on two big projects in Digbeth, The Arena, and The Mill.
Sitting on Lower Trinity Street near to Digbeth Dining Club, The Mill is a multi-purpose event space with a focus on live music and DJ events.
Inside punters can expect to find a mezzanine warehouse space, with bar and stage.
Upstairs you will find an open-top roof garden with some impressive views over Digbethm Eastside and the city centre, all this is set with a backdrop of Victorian railway arches.
The music policy is varied and diverse, from Heavy Metal bands to Indie and Electronica. DJ nights are regular with the student in mind.
Digbeth has needed a music venue of this size for touring bands for some time and The Mill looks to fill that void.
Check venue for info on opening times and click here for a full line-up of events.
