There’s live music at The Botanist every night. The Sun on The Hill offers the best in indie DJs on weekends. The Actress & Bishop provides live acoustic sets and gig nights throughout the month with late entry! Dares bar has a great live music line-up with quality acts every weekend with their own real ale on tap! Watch out for weekend DJ sets from Morais Vibes and Lee at The Bureau. Rofuto Skybar plays host to DJs every Friday & Sat night. If you love pizza then The Stable has live music and DJs each and every weekend, and there’s live acoustic sessions every Wednesday at The Bulls Head (watch out for Sunday Disco Sessions coming soon).
1000 Trades is home to some alternative DJ nights at weekend, with Town Hall and Symphony Hall representing the city for live Jazz and Classical performance. The Castle & Falcon (formerly Ceol Castle) has a new live music policy with bands every week (see below). The Spotted Dog has everything from jazz to blues, folk to classical. The Victoria and Island Bar hosts a fab array of live music and DJs, not forgetting the now legendary Lord Clifden featuring TLC – disco, house, funk, balearic, cosmic, classics from 7pm – late on Saturdays, and the best in balearic, house, disco and soul DJs every Friday with the Collective, Soulshare, Loose Joints (don’t forget the Sunday Roasts too!).
