12th June, Multi-Platinum Singer-Songwriter “Fiona Bevan” and Scottish Singer-Songwriter Adam Beattie’s Double Header Tour at Thimblemill Library, Smethwick.

Acclaimed Scottish singer-songwriter Adam Beattie ‘Uplifting Reveries Of Love’ (Mojo Magazine) and multi-platinum singer-songwriter Fiona Bevan ‘Startling odysseys’ (The Guardian) embark on a double headline tour of the UK in celebration of their new music releases.

Adam will be performing songs from his brand new album Home Fires Burning; a homespun epic which explores family, legacy and belonging. Adam writes melodies inspired by the traditional fiddle tunes of his childhood, played on finger-picked acoustic guitar. The album will be released on 2nd of May.

Fiona Bevan is a multi-platinum Canadian-British singer-songwriter from Suffolk, with a delicate, passionate voice and a cinematic dream-folk sound, described by Björn Ulvaeus from ABBA as ‘daring and exciting’, and creating ‘startling odysseys that suggest Joanna Newsom, Kate Bush and Erykah Badu spine-tinglingly joined’ (The Guardian).

Fiona will be performing songs from her EP ‘Here Now Yes’, a set of brand new songs exploring hope, love and female desire against a political backdrop. Fiona writes otherworldly melodies on piano and unique guitar tunings.
