For British Pie Week (2nd – 8th March), The Evolv Collection is taking Britain’s most beloved comfort food to new heights, and 24 Stories will be serving an ingredient-led take on an iconic regional dish that speaks directly to the city below them with a signature creation from the team.
The signature creation celebrates the flavours of the Midlands, with a Black Country Venison & Morel Mushroom Puff Pastry Pie: Creamed potatoes, young turnips & wild garlic. A dish that takes the Black Country’s hunting and foraging heritage and elevates it, 24 floors above the city.
