Easter at The Alchemist – new menu & egg-inspired cocktails

This Easter, The Alchemist Colmore Row and The Alchemist Brindley Place, renowned for their cutting edge and theatrical cocktails, has just launched a fresh new menu, just in time for Easter!

The new menu has something for everyone, from something special like the lobster mac ‘n’ cheese with crayfish, a luxurious three-cheese sauce, all topped with truffle dust and a crispy panko and shallot crumb, to the new Guinness rarebit, a delicious twist on the classic, featuring toasted sourdough, a rich cheese melt, and house chilli jam. Perfect for a comforting springtime treat!

Only this Easter weekend, visitors can order the secret The Egg cocktail, made with Hendrick’s Gin, St Germain, citrus, and punchy cucumber yuzu, served in a Fabergé egg. Guests are actually (for once) encouraged to take the cup (egg) home with them and give the limited-edition Fabergé egg a second life! Other The Alchemist’s favoured drinks for Easter include:

  • Pipe Dream – ideal for those craving an Easter chocolate fix (Brugal 1888, discarded cascara, Laphroaig 10yr, Licor 43 and Giffard Chocolate Cookie)
