On Saturday 11th October, The Button Factory is turning up the heat with the launch of a special edition bottomless brunch, Bottomless Baja Brunch, for an afternoon of all-out fiesta of flavour . For £48pp, guests can enjoy 1.5 hours of frozen margaritas, Sol and prosecco alongside a bold Baja-inspired menu.
The menu is built for sharing and reloading, starting with house tortilla chips served with sour cream dip and habanero salsa (with one reload per table). Next up, it’s all about the tacos, served as pairs and fully loaded with shredded cabbage, pico, green chilli salsa and chipotle mayo. Guests can choose their favourites and keep them coming, with options including Lamb Barbacoa, Baja Chicken, XO Mole and Tempura Haddock.
For the table, nacho loaded fries arrive stacked with pickled jalapeños, hot cheese sauce, pico, garlic and lime crema. One portion included, with extra sides available for £6.50.
Guests can also order additional drinks and desserts for their table including espresso martinis (£10), tequila shots with lime sorbet (£8), churros with chocolate sauce (£6) and a baked cookie with vanilla ice cream (£6).
The Button Factory first opened its doors in 2016, breathing new life into the former Vertu bar. Since then, it’s grown into one of Birmingham’s favourite hangouts, known for its rooftop terrace, lively atmosphere, and community-led events. The venue is part of the Mosaic Pub & Dining Group, which also owns popular Birmingham sites including The Distillery, The Rectory, and Newhall Street Tavern.
Guests are now able to secure their spot by reserving a table online at thebuttonfactorybirmingham.co.uk
