DOSE of ROSE brings a VEGAN Festive Buttercream Workshop to GULP

DOSE of ROSE, the elegant buttercream flower cake business inspired by a legacy of joy and Korean artistry, is thrilled to announce a Buttercream Flower Christmas Workshop on Saturday, November 16th, in partnership with GULP. This immersive session offers participants the chance to blend exquisite craftsmanship with festive cheer, all while honouring a deeper philosophy of living life happily.

In honour of her late mother’s philosophy of “Live life happy,” Seohyun Han founded DOSE of ROSE to create cakes that are a masterful fusion of artistry and flavour. Each creation is characterised by natural ingredients, balanced sweetness, and a timeless beauty, inspired by Korean heritage and intricate craftsmanship. The upcoming workshop is an extension of this mission, offering a space for participants to connect with art, emotion, and purpose.

After losing her mother, Seohyun sought a way to bring meaning and joy back into her life and found it in the delicate art of Korean buttercream flower piping. Her mother had instilled in her the belief that “money is not important – live life happy,” a philosophy that continues to guide her practice. Today, Seohyun finds joy in teaching others, watching their pride grow as they discover the beauty and satisfaction of their own creations.
