Festive Set Menu
Available throughout November and December, enjoy the Festive Menu with three courses from £45, or the Festive Celebration menu with five courses from £55 (including hors d’oeuvres, tea & coffee and mince pies). Tempting starters include Traditional Oak-Smoked Salmon with orange braised cranberries and rye bread; Grilled Goats Cheese & Maple Fig Salad with a sherry vinegar dressing; or a Classic Prawn Cocktail. Mains range from Maple & Cinnamon Glazed Pork Belly with buttery mash, mulled wine braised red cabbage, candied apple purée and crackling; to Pan-Seared Rainbow Trout with a cauliflower velouté; and Braised Blade of Beef in a red wine jus. Desserts delight with Christmas Pudding with vanilla bean custard and brandy butter; or Salted Caramel Profiteroles. What’s more, enjoy the early week offer from 11th November to 9th December with two courses available on Monday and Tuesday (12pm-5pm) for £35pp.
Christmas Day Dining
Let Browns take care of the big day with a five-course feast for £100 per person. Expect Scottish Smoked Salmon & Caviar; or Duo of Duck with duck bon bons and smoked duck breast; before loosening the belt for our Beef Wellington; or Browns Festive Turkey served with all the trimmings. End with a Champagne Sabayon with Moët & Chandon custard, plus truffles and mince pies.
New Year’s Eve Celebrations
Round off 2025 in style with a New Year’s Eve dinner from £75 per person (£86 with a glass of Moët & Chandon). Highlights include Baked Scallops with a lemon and thyme velouté; Roasted Monkfish & Chorizo; and 7oz Fillet Surf & Turf with a lobster tail (£10 supplement). Add additional sparkle with Champagne or prosecco drinks packages.
