This festive season all of us Anawim – Birmingham’s Centre for Women are asking you to support our Christmas wish.
This year, we are keeping it simple. As an organisation, we do many things and have many different specialisms, but what matters most is why we do this work, and why we need your support.
We walk alongside women and girls facing complex, intersecting needs – whether that is through their experiences of abuse, their contact with the criminal justice system, their experience of disadvantage – or anything else.
2026 will be our 40th year of providing vital services to the women of Birmingham – so we wanted to champion our charity mission – to provide trauma responsive services including holistic support and advocacy in Birmingham to empower women to reach their potential – and our core vision of a world where women and girls are safe, free, valued, and empowered members of society. This is our Christmas wish and we’d love you to support it over this festive period. Anything you can give will be much appreciated.
