Begin on a celebratory note with one of Browns’ limited-edition cocktails such as the Strawberry Kiss, combining Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne, St- Germain elderflower liqueur and strawberry; Lovers Bramble or the vodka Lovebird Martini before moving onto starters of the Browns Seafood Sharing Platter laden with pan-fried scallops, king prawns in garlic & parsley butter, crispy salt & pepper squid and padrón peppers or Duo of Duck with roasted duck bon bons and smoked duck breast.
Confidently classic mains include a 10oz Ribeye Steak with béarnaise; Lobster Linguine; and the Duo of Lamb, a seared lamb fillet and pressed lamb belly paired with buttery mash, a stuffed Roscoff onion and beef-dripping crumb. For a showstopping main, it has to be the16oz Chateaubriand (£8 supplement per person), a melt-in-the mouth fillet, perfectly cooked and served with fries, onion rings, and a choice of sauces.
Dessert brings a refined finish, with options worth stealing the last bite for including Bramley Apple & Rhubarb Crumbleand Champagne Sabayon. Or share the sweetness with a Chocolate Trio featuring a millionaire’s chocolate fondant, dark chocolate torte and raspberry & white chocolate ice cream.
