A new drinks menu has just landed at The Alchemist across all UK venues, built around a line up of shareable serves which are sure to stand proudly on the table – a date night cocktail designed to be sipped for two, a self-mixing cocktail and a a tray of matcha shots for groups (or the greedy).
- The Globe (£28): Designed for two, with Grey Goose vodka, dark berries, violette, rose, apple and citrus, poured from a single vessel and split into two glasses
- Infinity Vortex (£20): A continuously mixing serve made with Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Regal Rogue, red vermouth, Pedro Ximénez sherry, cacao nib and barrel-aged bitters
- XO Café Matcha Board (£42): A shareable set of six layered shots, combining XO Café Patrón tequila, Patrón Silver tequila and matcha cream
- High Voltage (£20): An electrifying cocktail experience with strawberry and Szechuan peppercorn-infused Courvoisier VSOP, Grand Marnier, strawberry & balsamic, blackberry shrub and lemon, finished with an electric syringe for added theatre.
As well as the sharers, new individual pours include:
- J2Woah (£13): Inspired by the pub favourite orange and passionfruit drink, carbonated in-house using white wine, citrus vodka and Cointreau
- Peach Clari-Tea (£13): A clarified peach milk punch made with Dutch Barn Vodka, Shiraume Umeshu sake, black tea infusion, peach and lemon, dairy clarified for a smooth finish, served in a colour-changing glass
- Pear Necessities (£13): A pear and gin cocktail made with Szechuan peppercorn-infused ‘Another’ Hendrick’s gin, Mouse Kingdom pear & peppercorn, lime and blood orange foam, finished with an electric syringe and a subtle tingling Szechuan-style effect
- Bubblegum Cola Libre (£13): A pink and blue layered twist on the classic with a nostalgic bubblegum flavour, made with Appleton Signature rum, Mouse Kingdom Blue, bubblegum, sour cola, disco grenadine and lemon, finished with a sour lollipop and crackle crystals
For those going alcohol-free, a new range of iced and matcha drinks is now available, including a white chocolate and mint frappe, an iced apricot and turmeric latte, and an iced matcha and banana latte.
