All Bar One in Birmingham Airport, Eleven Brindley Place and New Street Station in Birmingham is turning up the flavour with a bold new menu made for sharing, socialising and bringing people together. Bursting with vibrant, globally inspired dishes and a new drinks list to match, it’s a menu designed for every occasion, from afterwork catch-ups to long weekend lunches and celebratory nights out.
Focusing on elevated sharing plates, the menu draws on global influences while keeping things simple and ingredientled, letting flavour shine through with every bite. Designed to be enjoyed together, guests are encouraged mix and match small plates with larger dishes and sides to create the ultimate feasting experience for the table.
Small plates pack a punch with dishes like Baked Feta with hot honey and khobez flatbread; Beef Brisket Tacos with gochujang sauce and pickled onions; and Karaage Sticky Chicken with chipotle jam.
The journey continues with large plates like Teriyaki Duck Breast with crispy noodles; Roasted Aubergine with som tam; and an 8oz Sirloin Steak drizzled with chimichurri sitting alongside All Bar One favourites of Pad Thai with rice noodles; Miso Salmon with sticky jasmine rice; and Chicken Milanese with skin-on fries. To keep the table full and the flavours flowing, guests can add on optional sides like Wok Fried Greens; Mac & Cheese; and Sweet Potato Fries.
When it comes to dessert, sharing continued with playful twists on the classics with a Popcorn Chocolate Brownie; a Lemon & Blueberry “Sheezecake” with a mixed berry coulis; and Sticky Toffee Rum Pudding with ginger ice cream, delivering a memorable finish.
Taking guests from day to night, the energy behind the bar is just as strong with a standout drinks line-up. Signature cocktail serves are joined by new twists including a Banana Jungle Bird with Discarded banana peel rum, pineapple and bitter orange; a Grey Goose Melon Sour; and the Hot Honey Bee with Patrón Silver tequila, hot honey, lime and orange liqueur.
Not just a place to meet for cocktails, take a trip around the globe with a selection of world beers on tap, from international favourites including Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Guinness and Asahi Super Dry, to a rotating selection of local brews and craft pale ales. Brunch remains with crowd-pleasing favourites of Maple and Bacon French Toast; Miso Mushrooms on Toast; and a Breakfast Quesadilla, along with a Brunch Club Sharing Board for two.
