Available across its stylish restaurants in Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Hull and Leeds, Riva Blu promises the perfect setting for relaxed family celebrations, inspired by the sun-soaked Italian Riviera.
Riva Blu’s Venti Sapori set menu, offering two dishes for £22.95, showcases a selection of much-loved Italian dishes, from vibrant starters to comforting pasta classics and signature secondi plates. Guests can begin with starter dishes such as Bruschetta Gamberoni or Bruschetta Pomodoro, topped with sun-ripened tomatoes and fragrant herbs for a real taste of Italy.
For the main event, immerse in rich pasta dishes including creamy Spaghetti Carbonara, slow-cooked Fettuccine Bolognese with beef ragù, or the fiery Rigatoni Arrabbiata, finished with garlic and flat leaf parsley. Heartier mains include the signature Riva Cheeseburger, alongside Pollo Piccante, marinated chicken thigh skewers paired with courgette, peppers and spicy salsa rosso.
For the seafood lovers, try the Orata Con Lenticchie baked sea bream fillet or the Linguine Gamberoni, with wild red prawns, king prawns, vine-ripened tomatoes, chilli and garlic.
