The Whole Pack theatre company is delighted to be bringing their gloriously madcap production of As You Like It to Cherry Red’s Cafe Bar in Birmingham.
They are an all-female Shakespeare company, who combine small casts, innovative staging and original music to create something daring and different with Shakespeare’s beloved plays. After the success of previous tours of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Tempest, and Offie Award nominated production of Richard II, they are thrilled to be touring again this summer.
Joy, silliness and mischief combine in this exuberantly chaotic celebration of art, love and nature. An all-female cast brings Shakespeare’s rustic revelry to life with sumptuous music and jubilant energy. A show to bring us back to what it means to be human. As You Like It opened in London with, “Cheers, gasps and laughter heard throughout.” (Adventures in Theatreland).
