Birmingham’s restaurant in the sky Orelle, announces partnership with Rituals for Mother’s Day

Birmingham’s iconic restaurant in the sky invites mums to celebrate Mother’s Day with an exclusive three-course menu, a complimentary Rituals goodie bag and live music entertainment. 

Guests will be able to celebrate their loved ones over a three-course menu, curated by Executive Chef Chris Emery, accompanied by a Bellini and live music entertainment from 12.30 – 17.30. All mums dining at the restaurant will also receive a limited edition goodie bag, supplied by Rituals. 

Listed in the Harden’s Guide, Orelle is located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row. Enjoying panoramic views of the city and beyond, Orelle is the first Birmingham location for D&D London.

Orelle’s Mother’s Day menu, priced at £65, and includes a Bellini, will showcase dishes such as – 

Tartare – Longhorn beef tartare, marmite carrot yolk jam, shimeji, parmesan tuile 

Betterave (v) – Heritage beetroot tartare, parmesan, smoked almonds, preserved lemon

Ballotine de Saumon – Cured salmon, nori, sea fennel, green grape, almond  

Daurade – Pan-seared bream, olive oil mash, taramasalata, rainbow chard, tapioca, lemon beurre blanc 

Riz – Cep risotto, shaved mushroom, maitake, wild rice 

Surlonge rôtie – 35 day ages Cumbrian sirloin, Yorkshire pudding, family style roast potato, red cabbage, cauliflower cheese, confit carrot, broccoli, parsnips
