Browns Brasserie launches new autumn menu in Sutton Park

Browns Brasserie in Sutton Park has launched its new autumn menu, celebrating the best of British dining with a seasonal twist. An all-day destination for any occasion, Browns brings together comforting classics, elegant new dishes and a touch of indulgence.

Starters include Browns Steak TartareGrilled Goats Cheese and Fig Salad and Baked Scallops with lemon and thyme velouté, while mains put the spotlight on refined takes on British favourites, from Braised Blade of Beef with buttered mash to Maple-Glazed Ham Hock with triple-cooked chips and Butternut Squash Risotto with crispy sage. Seafood shines too, with Tandoori MonkfishWhole Lemon Sole with samphire and the signature Browns Fish Pie.

Desserts deliver on indulgence with Roasted Pear Tarte Tatin, Banana Split and a Chocolate Trio to share. Seasonal cocktails such as the Pear Drop Royale, Apple and Fig Martini and Spiced Orchard Mule join an extensive wine list, plus low and no-alcohol choices.

Browns is made for every moment: midweek treats, leisurely lunches, afternoon tea, decadent dinners or weekend celebrations. Bottomless Brunch features new favourites like Lobster Benedict and Strawberries and Cream French Toast with free-flowing champagne or cocktails, while Sundays promise comforting roasts, from Beef and Slow-Cooked Pork Belly to a Trio of Roasts or sharing Chateaubriand. Afternoon tea remains a highlight, with Lobster RollsSmoked Salmon Rillette and Salt Beef Sandwiches, followed by warm scones and quintessentially British cakes, served with loose-leaf tea or fizz from £27, Monday–Saturday, 3–5pm.
