London’s Bugeye bring their infectious brand of dirty disco-punk to The Victoria on 16th January. Known for their blend of sizzling synths, buzz saw guitars, disco-driven beats and punchy vocal hooks, the five-piece, featuring Angela, Paula, Lex, Ana and Kat, deliver a sound that’s fierce, fun and unapologetically bold. Fans of St Vincent, Bones UK, ARXX and Wet Leg will find plenty to love in their high-energy set.

Main support comes from Midlands trio MeMe Detroit, carving out their own fearless space in the UK alt-rock scene with “Uplift Angsthems.” Fronted by British/Latina multi-instrumentalist Maria Rodriguez, alongside drummer Kallum McEwen and bassist Abbie Welch, the band’s dynamic performances fuse grunge grit, indie swagger and blues rock heart into a cathartic wall of sound.

Opening the night are Birmingham’s Phwoar, a fizzy indie-rock two-piece with DIY spirit and infectious energy. With their EP Flowers Through the Concrete released in 2025 and their first UK headline tour already under their belt, Phwoar are quickly becoming one of the city’s most exciting new names.

Expect a night of bold hooks, genre-bending energy and grassroots passion. Tickets are on sale now.
