There are only 20 tickets available for this unique multi sensory food experience by Chef Dan Lee (MasterChef Pro Winner 2021) and food artist Kaye Winwood so speed is of the essence.
The event will bring together tastes, smells and sounds in a tasting menu drawing on Dan’s heritage and travels across cultures and cuisines.

Make Frutta di Martorana (marzipan fruits first created by Sicilian nuns to decorate barren winter trees); Fruit Cheese (fruit jelly in beautiful moulds – see above photo); Chocolate Salume (an edible pun of chocolate and nuts, rolled and tied to look like a salami!). Perfect as Christmas Gifts.

Another exciting collaboration coming up at Gulp in October…
The creators of the World’s First Clear Lassi Gin – Bruce and Paramjit will be popping up on the 22nd October.
Crazy Gin was born from a drunken Friday night conversation (all the best ideas are – if you can remember them). Reminiscing about their parents love of fusing British and Indian flavours in food they were inspired to continue this flavour journey through a spirit!
They now run their own distillery in Wolverhampton and have just launched a Punjabi Chai Gin inspired by their Grandmother’s recipe for a cup of tea.
For this event, we’ll be taking you on a sensory journey through a food and gin tasting menu to unleash your ImaGINation.

Gulp sits adjacent to Kaye Winwood’s studio. Nestled in a stunning Grade II listed building in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. Gulp is a meeting, learning and eating space for curious appetites with a desire for the extraordinary.
