“Not only will they bring dance routines to make you feel like a star, they’ll also bring the most empowering mindset, having shared stages and rehearsal studios with the biggest stars in the world, including Beyoncé, Rihanna, JLo, Little Mix and many more.

“Being an empowered dancer is also about being an empowered ‘Queen’, and the SOS team know exactly how to instil the confidence needed for you to achieve anything you put your mind to – whether it’s on the dance floor, or beyond.”

SOS Dance is on a mission to empower a generation of women to believe in themselves, using dance as a source of strength, power and confidence, which they can carry through into every aspect of their lives.
