Introducing… the Dishoom x Bonehead Chilli Chicken Burger 🔥 A brand new collab exclusively for our Birmingham friends.
We’re pretty damn excited to have cooked up something super tasty with our friend Sham at Bonehead.
He has worked with our very own Chef Rishi and Chef Bishal to create a delicious take on our Dishoom’s Chilli Chicken and Gunpowder Potatoes: the all-new Chilli Chicken Burger and Gunpowder Waffle fries.
Crispy garlic-ginger-soy-chilli-chicken is nestled into a soft milk bun with zesty slaw. Golden gunpowder-spiced waffle fries sit alongside, with two Dishoom chutneys for immediate dipping (one spicy, one sweet).
It’s available at Bonehead between 1st and 12th May, walk-ins only, for £16.50.
