An evening of atmospheric indie, psychedelic textures and immersive songwriting comes to Hare & Hounds on Monday 5th October as LotusBliss headline, joined by special guests Her Alien Flower and Nancy Davis.
Hailing from Canterbury, LotusBliss is the product of a lifelong creative partnership between brothers Josh, Seth and Adam. Built on a DIY ethos and a shared instinct for experimentation, the trio have crafted a sound that blends ambient soundscapes, soaring guitar work, raw lyricism and infectious melodies.
Their unique vocal chemistry, shaped by years of making music together, allows harmonies to drift effortlessly between unison and layered arrangements, giving their songs an emotional depth that feels both intimate and expansive.
With their debut album Chalk arriving on 21st August, LotusBliss enter an exciting new chapter. The record showcases the band’s ability to balance ethereal beauty with bursts of alternative rock energy, creating songs that feel equally suited to solitary reflection and communal release. Live, they’ve become known for performances that move fluidly between dreamlike atmosphere and powerful crescendos, drawing audiences into their distinctive musical world.

Opening the night is Birmingham dream folk artist Nancy Davis, whose ethereal vocals and poetic songwriting have made her one of the city’s most intriguing emerging talents. Inspired by artists such as Mazzy Star and Lana Del Rey, her songs drift between introspection and escapism, creating delicate, cinematic moments that linger long after they end.
