Lucarelli Launches New Spring Menu

Lucarelli, the traditional Italian restaurant, is excited to announce
the launch of its new spring menu, featuring a range of mouth-watering
dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Highlights of the new menu include the Insalata Caprese, a classic
Italian salad made with Heritage tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, avocado,
and basil leaves drizzled with Lucarelli’s extra-virgin olive oil.
Another must-try dish is the Buratta Pugliese, a whole fresh burrata
served with toasted bread, marinated courgettes, and roasted tomatoes.

For those craving pasta, the Gnocchi Cozze e Pecorino is a delicious
option made with potato gnocchi, mussels, and pecorino cheese. For
something really stand-out, you can try the Risotto Radicchio Gorgonzola
e Noci, a rich and flavorful risotto made with radicchio, gorgonzola
cheese, and walnuts.

Seafood lovers will enjoy the Ricciola e Carciofi Fritti, a pan-fried
amberjack served with fried artichoke hearts, and salmoriglio, a tangy
sauce made with lemon, garlic, and parsley. It will certainly have you
beaming with content.
