Mell Square in Solihull is set to launch its first pop-up indoor Makers’ Market, celebrating some of the youngest and brightest creators from across the region.
Taking place from 10am until 4pm on 14-15 February and 14-15 March, the two-day markets will be held at Space@MellSquare (next door to Caffè Nero) and in Poplar Way, transforming the areas into vibrant hubs of craftsmanship and creativity.
Visitors will discover a range of unique products, including bespoke jewellery, house plants, handcrafted sensory items, artworks, soaps, candles and more. Each stallholder is a young and ambitious maker, striving to turn their passion into a business.
Councillor Ian Courts, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Managed Growth at Solihull Council, said:
“We’re pleased to welcome these talented young traders to Mell Square. This market is a fantastic opportunity to bring people into the area whilst supporting ambitious young entrepreneurs. We look forward to seeing the event thrive and hope it is a real success for everyone involved.”

This market has been funded by the Government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) Mayors Market Fund.
