MELT, a brand new pizzeria and burger restaurant is coming to Bromsgrove!

A brand new digitally led independent restaurant serving up slices, buns and beers

is opening in Bromsgrove this May

Slices, Buns and Beers are at the core of Bromsgrove’s latest neighbourhood dining experience, brought to you by the owners of The Old Crown, Kanteen and Rico Libre with over 15 years of hospitality experience.

Cooking up a storm is Head Chef, Andy, who is the creator of a mouth-watering and addictive

menu, filled-to-the-brim with sourdough pizzas, banging burgers and house-made stuffed

doughnuts. With so many great flavours and options for all dietary needs, you’ll be kept on your

toes as MELT’s menu changes throughout the year, introducing brand new bites you won’t want to miss.

As a neighbourhood restaurant, MELT will embrace and engage the surrounding community

using locally sourced ingredients and drinks from local breweries, making for some tasty collaborations with other independent brands. Diners will be able to order and pay at the table with an interactive digital menu.

The restaurant boasts an array of dynamic dining areas to choose from, with plenty of ‘’Instagrammable’’ opportunities at every turn – even in the restrooms! In addition, guests can sit at the bar or grab a slice-to-go from an external hatch. Powering MELT is not only an energetic team, but also a savvy online ordering platform, giving diners the ability to browse the menu, design their meals and pay at the table. This speedy and streamlined platform allows for a more efficient and effective table service. Our team will also be offering educational outreach projects, where we will venture into schools and colleges to deliver interactive workshops and host Q+As on career pathways.

Thomas Moran, Marketing Manager said, “We’re excited to bring a slice of cool to suburbia with the grand opening of MELT. Carrying a neighbourhood vibe, our digital and community-led experience will allow you to focus on what matters – hanging out, catching up and digging in.”

Kieran McInerney, Director said, “We are really looking forward to opening up our doors in Bromsgrove and can’t wait to welcome everyone! As we all know, the pandemic has been a difficult period of time for all of us in the hospitality sector and so we really value all the support we’ve been getting with the opening of MELT’’

The flagship restaurant will open on Friday 9th July 2021. All those keen to find out more about Bromsgrove’s newest slice hop can sign up to the mailing list here https://hello.melt-bromsgrove.co.uk/welcome
