With a menu that is 98% gluten-free and accredited by Coeliac UK for over a decade, Pho stands out as one of the best spots in the country for those seeking gluten-free options without compromising on flavour. 

Coeliac disease is a condition that affects at least 1 in every 100 people in the UK and it’s thought that around 500,000 people remain undiagnosed. Therefore, Pho is on a mission to spotlight its gluten-free offering and establish itself as one of the most inclusive and nutritious options out there right now.

Pho’s menu is rooted in vibrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine – from their signature Pho noodle soups made with rich broths and rice noodles, herby rice bowls, balanced curries, and fresh salads. Pho is the healthy Vietnamese street food restaurant group started by Brit husband and wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall. They opened their first little Pho in London after quitting their jobs, travelling around the world and being inspired by the incredible street food in Vietnam – primarily the country’s national dish, pho. Pho is the Vietnamese national dish, an aromatic, nutritious and delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please.
