Punch Records Launches Gallery37 Residency Nurturing Birmingham’s Emerging Talent

Birmingham’s Premier Creative Development Program Returns, Investing in the Next Generation of Creatives with the Theme ‘Elements’ for 2023.

The Gallery37 residency is a two-week experience with up to 100 hand-picked young innovators across 10 creative camps, paired with nationally recognised specialist artists & tutors.

Those selected will get the chance to develop skills in their chosen art form, meet like-minded creatives, showcase their work to audiences and industry figures, and be supported by established & nationally renowned artists.

With over 300 alumni, this free programme offers Birmingham-based artists aged 16-25 a significant opportunity to boost their careers in the creative industries, focused on nurturing talent across the city’s diverse communities. Focusing on multiple art forms, Gallery37 aims to help build and encourage artists to fulfil their ambitions.

Nikki Riggon, Head of Programme, said: ‘We’re so delighted to launch the Gallery37 residency for 2023. With alumni of over 300 artists, we’re ready to invest in the next generation of creative talent and encourage artists across the West Midlands to apply.”
