This Father’s Day, Restaurant Bar & Grill is inviting loved ones to celebrate A Day For Dad with a specially curated three-course menu from £45, including a starter, main course and dessert showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients and a fusion of flavours from land and sea.
With luxurious restaurants located in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Chester, Restaurant Bar & Grill delivers exceptional dining experiences within some of the UK’s most historic venues.
Guests can begin celebrations with starters such as truffle and leek croquettes, served with truffle aioli, Italian cheese and chives. Alternatively, the salt-baked beetroot pairs whipped feta, smoked almonds and a white balsamic honey mustard dressing for a vibrant and flavourful start.
For the main course, diners can indulge in a selection of elevated favourites, including dry-aged Angus rump steak served with peppercorn sauce, or the flavour-packed Piri-Piri chicken, coated in piri-piri sauce and coriander and served with fries. Plant-based diners can opt for the vegan miso aubergine, accompanied by pickled shiitake mushrooms and finished with a sticky chilli and sesame sriracha sauce.
To finish, choose from indulgent desserts including a passionfruit crème brûlée with a crisp caramel top, a rich dark chocolate soufflé, or a classic sticky toffee pudding topped with candied pecans for a sweet finish to the celebrations.
