Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana has officially opened its doors in Sutton Coldfield, bringing authentic Neapolitan pizza to the heart of the town.
The new pizzeria spans 3,360 square feet across two floors, offering approximately 100 indoor covers and 32 outdoor seats. With both indoor and alfresco dining available, guests can enjoy Rudy’s signature experience just in time for Spring.
At the core of the menu is Rudy’s renowned Neapolitan pizza, made using freshly prepared dough and 00 Caputo flour to create a soft, light base with an airy, raised crust. Each pizza is cooked for around 60 seconds in traditional Neapolitan ovens.
Guests can enjoy classics such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese, alongside rotating specials inspired by seasonal ingredients and traditional Neapolitan flavours.
Rudy’s signature dips – including garlic aioli, ’nduja aioli and chilli honey – are also available on the Sutton Coldfield menu.
Alongside the food offering, Rudy’s Sutton Coldfield serves a carefully curated drinks menu designed to complement its pizzas.
Highlights include:
- Pink Grapefruit and Pineapple Spritz (RD 2026): A refreshing blend of Malfy Rosa Gin and pineapple syrup, topped with Prosecco and soda
- Italian Wines: A selection of bold reds and crisp whites sourced from Italy
- Rudy’s Pale Draught: The brand’s own light, crisp pale ale
Non-alcoholic options are also available, including Cloudy Apple and Cherry Spritz, alcohol-free Peroni and Rudy’s homemade lemonade.
The pizzeria caters to a wide range of guests, with vegan and vegetarian options, free Wi-Fi, and accessible facilities. Customers can also enjoy Rudy’s at home via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
A testament to its authenticity, Rudy’s is the largest group in the world accredited by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), the organisation dedicated to protecting traditional Neapolitan pizza-making.
In 2025, Rudy’s was ranked 23rd in the World’s 50 Best Pizzerias, further cementing its reputation for quality and authenticity. Every pizza is made to AVPN standards, using traditional techniques and ingredients sourced directly from Italy.
