The band who sold out their debut show before releasing a single note of music return to Bristol, London, Newcastle, Birmingham and Manchester this autumn
Birmingham, 31st October 2026 — Runaway Club, the UK four-piece known for their blend of punk, rock and pop and high-energy, hook-driven songwriting, who sold out their first-ever headline show at Bristol’s Thekla on 21st February before a single song had been released, have announced a five-date UK headline tour this October, promoted by Live Nation.
Runaway Club launched their social channels just over a year ago, and sold out Thekla off the back of that buzz alone, before releasing a single piece of music. Since then, the band have released two singles from their forthcoming debut EP — “6 Weeks” and “Exist” — with “Exist” earning them Featured Artist status on BBC Introducing South West — fitting for a band who all live together in Glastonbury, Somerset. A third single is coming soon, with more details to be announced.
Runaway Club spent the earlier part of this year supporting Maggie Lindemann across her UK & European tour, before heading into a run of festival and summer show appearances. This October’s headline run — taking in Bristol, London, Newcastle, Birmingham and Manchester — is their biggest UK tour to date. Falling on Halloween itself, the Birmingham date has already been nicknamed “Runaween” by fans. The band are leaning into the theme with a full Halloween-themed show, and dress code details are being revealed on their socials in the lead-up.
