Shake Shack is excited to ring in the New Year with its plant-powered Crispy Shallot menu, designed for vegans, flexitarians and plant-curious food lovers alike.
Available from 7 January to 25 February 2026, the limited-time menu will be served at all UK Shacks and via online delivery and features existing menu items like the Crispy Shallot Burger and new items, such as vegan Crispy Cauliflower Bites.
The Menu
Crispy Shallot Burger (vegan)
A bespoke vegan patty by Chef Neil Rankin, topped with vegan smoky cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, fresh lettuce and Dijonnaise sauce, served on a toasted potato bun.
Crispy Shallot Fries (vegan)
100% vegan crispy crinkle-cut fries topped with beer-marinated crispy shallots, Dijonnaise sauce and spring onions.
Crispy Cauliflower Bites (vegan)
Crispy, hand-breaded cauliflower florets served with Dijonnaise sauce for dipping.
Brownie Batter Shake
Vanilla and chocolate frozen custard blended with cocoa powder, topped with whipped cream and finished with crushed brownies and mini marshmallows.
Cherry Lime Lemonade (vegan)
Cherry purée and lime mixed with Shake Shack’s house-made lemonade.
