Attention all tequila and mezcal lovers in Birmingham! The city is about to host a fabulous Tequila Festival, in association with Patron Tequila, and it promises to be an unmissable event.
The festival will take place on Saturday 27th May from 3pm until 8pm at The Rainbow pub, one of Digbeth’s premium nightlife venues.
Attendees can look forward to an afternoon filled with sampling the finest tequila and mezcal that Mexico has to offer, including brands such as Tequila Patron, Ilegal Mezcal, Derrumbes Mezcal, Tapatio Tequila, Don Fulano Tequila, Recuredo & Zigrum Mezcals.
To kick off thefestivities, a Patron welcome cocktail will be served to all attendees upon arrival. After that, you can browse the exhibitors and sample their artisanal and ancestral tequilas and mezcals, sip on a cocktail from the one-off menu in the sunny courtyard, or join a masterclass to deepen your knowledge.
The Rainbow’s signature kitchen menu, BA-HA, will be developing a Mexican-inspired vegan menu for the day, so attendees can indulge in delicious food while they enjoy their tequila and mezcal.
