Renowned for his mastery and expertise in the world of sake and Japanese spirits, Ollie Hilton-Johnson is an Advanced Sake Professional and the Director of the award-winning Tengu Sake, which has been awarded the IWC Sake Merchant of the Year title consecutively from 2016 to 2019. Oliver’s influence in the industry is further showcased by his role as a Sake Educator for the British Sake Association. A true visionary, he has been recognised as one of the ‘Future 50’ drinks industry professionals to watch.
Collaborating with Sushido’s Co-owner, Gil Kanengisser, they will be presenting an all-new eight-course menu that embodies the seamless fusion of traditional Japanese flavours and innovative culinary techniques.
