Taste and Liquor’s First Birthday!

The popular Taste and Liquor will celebrate its first anniversary on Saturday 16th July, and the announcement of their new monthly residency, at Lab 11 Complex.

They’ve got cutting edge music, Emerging Artists, Retro-Games, 80s/90s Karaoke and a rocking DJ line-up at this year’s celebration. And like everything they do, street food is also a pivotal part of that line-up.

Visitors attending Taste and Liquor’s first birthday party will be able to enjoy sensational street food, satisfying savory snacks and delightful sweet treats from some of scene’s most well-known and much-loved traders, celebrating their love for American Street Food.

Birmingham residents and visitors will get to enjoy a wide range of new tastes from where the stars and stripes and the eagle fly, with food stalls spanning America’s culinary trail, from Mexican – Tacos and Fried Chicken to Slow Roasted BBQ Ribs, oven baked Pizza’s, Hot Dogs or Meaty Tower Burgers, Cheesy Fries and more.  Also on the menu are Ice – Cream Milk Shakes, Spanish cuisine and much more.

This edgy street food company serves up an enticing mix of tempting dishes from around the world with unique and original contemporary themes and free entertainment by a team who believes in producing the best cultural experiences for Brum’s residents.
