Tattu Birmingham Launch New Bottomless Brunch + Imperial Sunday Roast

This September, Tattu Birmingham are ushering in the new season with the return of the old favourite Imperial Sunday Roast, which heroes Chinese style meats combined with contemporary fusion trimmings for an elevated dining experience like no other.

Available every Sunday from 12pm – 5pm, priced at £34.50pp, The Imperial Sunday Roast is designed for two people or more to share, ideal for family and friends.

Reinventing the traditional Sunday roast with flare, guests can indulge in four succulent imperial meats with a modern twist: Aromatic Roast Duck, Lemon Baby Chicken, Char Sui Pork, and Caramel Soy Aged Beef Fillet (the latter available for an additional £10 per person). Each is served with an array of inventive trimmings, including Steamed Bao Buns or Pancakes with pickles, crispy shallots, and nam jim, Chinese Green Beans with sweet soy and roasted garlic, and Salt and Pepper Roast Potatoes seasoned with garlic, chilli, and five-spice. Satay Cauliflower and Mock Caramel Soy Beef are also on offer, ensuring all dietaries are catered for.

For those looking to feast in style, a selection of Tattu favourites are available on the side including Shredded Duck Fried Rice + Steamed Bao Buns, at additional costs. To end on a sweet note, Tattu have created two delectable desserts to choose from, either the Asian Pear Sticky Toffee Pudding or the Yuzu Lemon Drop, both £10.50

Tattu, renowned for its modern Chinese cuisine, is thrilled to introduce its latest brunch offering, blending Far Eastern culinary artistry with contemporary flair. Every Saturday from 12pm to 3:45pm, guests can indulge in a sumptuous brunch experience at Tattu Birmingham for £62.50 per person. This includes two courses of exquisite Tattu signature dishes and 90 minutes of free-flowing, theatrical cocktails.

The brunch menu features a decadent first course with options like Prawn and Sesame Crackers with nori and edamame guacamole, Short Rib Spring Roll with nam jim, carrot and spring onion, and Seven Spiced Seared Tuna with truffle aioli, caviar, and citrus ponzu. The second course includes beloved Tattu classics such as the Wok Fired Angry Bird, roasted with chilli pepper, cashews, and sesame honey soy, and Balsamic Teriyaki Salmon, served with black pepper, pickled ginger, cucumber, and soft steamed jasmine rice. Additional dishes, including Peking Duck Pancakes, Caramel Soy Aged Steak Fillet, and Chinese Green Beans, are available for an extra charge.. A vegetarian brunch menu is also on offer with a variety of dishes such as Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle Spring Rolls and Kung Po Tofu.

Alongside this, for 90 minutes, guests will be able to indulge in free flowing cocktails from their extravagant cocktail menu, to ensure the weekend starts right. Choose from the refreshing Tiger Essence, blending sloe gin, blueberry, and pineapple, or the Cherry Highball with tequila, cherry, soda, and lime. Other options include the vibrant Flight of the Phoenix with vodka, blue curaçao, poppy, and apple, and the light Butterfly Pea Spritz with gin, pink grapefruit soda, and butterfly pea For £15 per person, upgrade the cocktail package to include Tattu Signatures such as the Skull Candy and Crouching Tiger. An expertly curated music programme will also be in place to create the perfect backdrop for this sophisticated Saturday gathering.
