Established in 2003, the brand has built a strong reputation for exceptional Thai dishes and great service. and once again they aim to delight guests with exquisite flavours, warm hospitality, and a captivating ambiance.

Sabai Sabai has established itself as a beloved destination for food enthusiasts across the West Midlands. This new Solihull location adds to the brand’s commitment to offering a truly unforgettable culinary experience.

Having opened their first site in Moseley Village in 2003, the Harborne restaurant opened in 2012, followed by one in the idyllic tourist town of Stratford Upon Avon in 2017 and then Waterloo Street in Birmingham city centre in 2018.

Sabai Sabai Thai Restaurant combines the rich traditions of Thai cuisine with contemporary flair, creating a menu that tantalizes the taste buds of even the most discerning diners. Led by an experienced team of talented chefs, the restaurant features an extensive selection of dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, vibrant herbs, and aromatic spices, delivering an explosion of flavours that transport guests to the heart of Thailand.

Signature dishes include Beef Short Rib in a Massaman and Jumbo Black Tiger Prawns char-grilled and topped with a delicious creamy Tom Yam sauce with diced young coconut meat. The menu features favourites such as mouth-watering curries, a selection of salads, wok fries and the popular Pad Thai.

The restaurant’s interior design is a captivating blend of modern elegance and Thai cultural elements, designed by Tibbatts Able – the company behind the interior of Chef Tom Kerridge’s Hand & Flowers in Marlow.  Juree and Torquil dedicated much of their own time into perfecting the authentic Thai features including installing bamboo fishing traps which were imported from Thailand and constructed on site. The décor is a captivating blend of modern elegance and Thai cultural elements such as ceramic wall features and traditional Thai murals hand-painted by Daniel Lopez, bringing the restaurant to life.

The 90 seater restaurant exudes warmth, and is split into various areas, making it the perfect setting for intimate dinners, family celebrations, or casual gatherings. The restaurant also offers an elegant bar area where guests can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, carefully curated to complement the Thai cuisine. Make sure you ask for the Dragon Punch or Thai Star Martini.
