From strawberries and cream-inspired desserts to sporting season cocktails, The Ivy Collection is serving up a taste of Centre Court this summer
[June 2026] As tennis fever sweeps the nation once again, The Ivy Collection is bringing the spirit of Centre Court to restaurants across the UK with the launch of its Centre Court Bombe and a limited-edition, Summer of Sport cocktails, created in partnership with Casamigos Tequila.
Available from 29th June to 12th July*, the Centre Court Bombe is a playful celebration of one of Wimbledon’s most iconic traditions. Inspired by the classic pairing of strawberries and cream, the dessert features a crisp white chocolate shell filled with fresh strawberries and buttery shortbread, creating a nostalgic summer treat that is every bit as showstopping as the tournament itself.
Perfect for pre-match lunches, post-match celebrations or an afternoon spent watching the action unfold, the dessert will be available at The Ivy Collection restaurants nationwide throughout the Championships.
Complementing the seasonal dessert, The Ivy Collection has partnered with Casamigos Tequila to create a bespoke cocktail selection inspired by the atmosphere, excitement and anticipation of sporting season.
The line-up includes the Match Day Margarita, combining Casamigos Blanco with Beesou, lime, hot honey and peach; the Pitch Side Paloma, featuring rhubarb, madeleine and pink grapefruit; and the celebratory Victory Lap, which pairs Casamigos Blanco with elderflower and Champagne, finished with a delicate coconut fragrance.
Guests can also enjoy The Tiebreak, a playful take on a Bloody Maria featuring bloody tomato juice, or The Finish Line Float, a nostalgic serve combining pineapple and Coca-Cola, topped with Chantilly cream.
