TURN UP THE ROMANCE AT 24 STORIES THIS VALENTINE’S DAY

This Valentine’s Day, couples are invited to add a new chapter to their love story high above the city skyline at 24 Stories, Birmingham’s iconic sky-high dining destination. Located 24 floors above the city, the restaurant promises an unforgettable St Valentine’s celebration filled with romance and breathtaking views.

Bookable on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February (evenings only), guests will be guided through a multi-chapter Valentine’s tasting experience that celebrates exceptional ingredients and indulgent flavours.

The menu opens with Chapter 1, featuring a delicate amuse-bouche of black olive and rosemary tart with rose water, saffron and cardamom cream, alongside indulgent optional extras including Achill Island rock oysters with William’s pear and champagne dressing, or Oscietra caviar served with crème fraîche and blinis.

Chapter 2 offers refined starters such as baked squash pavé with pine nut ricotta and green harissa sprouts, slow-cooked char siu Suffolk lamb ribs, or a coastal sharing dish for two of raw Gambero Rosso prawn carpaccio with cured lemon aioli, capers and Avruga caviar.

For Chapter 3, guests can indulge in luxurious mains including truffled rice flour gnocchi with winter black truffle, seared Brixham stone bass and native lobster with lobster bisque, or a show-stopping 1kg, 42-day dry-aged Charolais T-bone steak to share, with the option to add native lobster for the ultimate surf and turf experience. Seasonal sides are served to complement each dish.

Sweet moments follow with Chapter 4, a playful pre-dessert of Sex on the Beach sorbet with citrus tartare, before Chapter 5 concludes the evening with indulgent desserts such as spiced poached pineapple with coconut and passion fruit sorbet, roasted Williams pear cheesecake with white miso caramel, or the romantic “Two Hearts” dessert to share, combining dark chocolate and Baileys mousse with blood orange and raspberry bavarois.

Live music throughout the night will further enhance the experience.

Pricing for the Valentine’s experience is £160 per person for window seating with stunning skyline views, or £140 per person for a table within the restaurant. The A La Carte menu will also be available on Friday 13th February.
