Be At One’s Five A Day Cocktails

As the summer is approaching and a number of us are getting ‘beach body ready’ it’s refreshing to hear that the new Be At One cocktail bar, arriving in Birmingham next week, will be offering up a number of virtuous cocktails providing summery drinks that strike a healthy balance between being boozy and beneficial!
We took a closer look into what the renowned cocktail bar has to offer for those looking for a slightly healthier option…

Svenska Detox

The best way to kick start your evening – this virtuous cocktail combines a mixture of our favourite super food ingredients of spinach, kale and pineapple along with agave to sweeten (it’s a healthy sugar, remember?) add Absolut Citron and there you have it…the healthiest cocktail on the Be At One menu! It would be silly not to!

Flame-haired Vixen

A Vixen in name and nature. This fiery concoction combines a mixture of King’s Ginger with carrot, apple and lemon juices as well as adding a soft blend of Violette Liquer… Yum! The mixture of carrot and apple juice creates an army of antioxidants and help to fight off bacteria!

Beetroot Retox

We love that Be At One has added beetroot onto their virtuous cocktail list. This super food is low in fat, full of vitamins and minerals and packed with powerful antioxidants. Add some tasty Kamm & Sons and you’ve got yourself a delicious drink.

For all the Gin lovers out there, this tasty treat is your calling. A combination of just 3 ingredients makes this cocktail simple yet effective. Manuka honey is rich in amino acids, calcium, magnesium and iron, which makes this ingredient a welcomed addition.

Almond Mocha

A deliciously creamy blend of Kahlua, Almond milk and raw chocolate powder. The dairy free milk substitute helps with digestion, barely impacts your blood sugar, oh and it tastes pretty good too! A couple of these, will leave you feeling slightly tippled but almost guilt free… It’s a winner!
