Promising to bring “burger joint classics, Boo style”, fast food restaurant Boo is set to open its first-ever Birmingham branch on Saturday 21st January in Moseley. Serving handcrafted burgers, breakfast and coffee, their food will be freshly made on site using the best homegrown British, Irish and locally sourced products. First established 5.5 years ago, the team behind Boo are making it their mission to bring the best burger to the High Street. They’ve spent years exploring the international food scene, sampling the menus of numerous burger joints, and planning how they could elevate the once-humble burger and make it better – or should that be Boo-ter? From the quality of the ingredients, to the cool vibe of the restaurants and their super-friendly staff, they go out of their way to make sure every aspect of the Boo experience is a belter.
Whether you’re a meat eater, vegetarian or prefer a plant-based diet – Boo has your back. If you’re an early bird, start your day the right way with a Boo breakfast – choose from a selection of delicious, handcrafted brioche rolls or a tasty breakfast shake. Need a caffeine fix to get you going? Boo serves freshly ground coffee from a local roaster. Every single item on the menu is freshly made in-house, including the burgers, beef bacon, sauces and milkshake blends, meaning you won’t get the same taste anywhere else.
The 1,500 square foot venue will seat 40 diners inside, with space for an additional 50 diners in the outside area (once the weather is a little warmer!) and will bring up to 30 new jobs to the area. You can choose to eat in or take away, plus there’s a delivery service through partners, Deliveroo. Store opening hours will be Monday to Sunday 9am-11pm, meaning you can get your Boo fix morning, noon, and night!
This is the company’s sixth store opening and is an important milestone for the brand as it continues its worldwide expansion.
