Café Colette is a brand-new art-deco style bar which has recently opened on Lower Trinity Street, Digbeth.

The venue has a 1920’s feel, with a modern twist, bespoke cocktails, street food from Digbeth Dining Club and local DJ’s mixing old and new music styles to offering a fresh take on the Digbeth vibe. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm until midnight Café Colette is the perfect after work destination and pre-club bar.

Colette’s Sundown Club is their new weekly soiree held every Thursday from 4pm. The Wilderness are taking over the bar during March, with a cocktail menu curated by the award-winning James Bowker. DJ’s play a chilled-out mix of tunes whilst street food is of course provided by the incredible Digbeth Dining Club.
