Celebrate National Cappuccino Day with Cucina Rustica

To celebrate National Cappuccino Day, on Tuesday 8th November, Cucina Rustica will be offering free cappuccino’s for guests to enjoy when they open their doors at 11am.

The Italian restaurant, which is based on Ludgate Hill, has been trading for 7 years offering charming Italian flavours in the heart of the city. Along with offering delicious dishes and fine wines, the restaurant prides themselves on their delectable coffee.

The National calendar day which originated from the Italian espresso based beverage, has gained popularity across the world with coffee lovers flocking to get their daily fix. The coffee is traditionally composed of espresso and hot milk, topped with fluffy steamed-milk foam and a sprinkling of cocoa powder (if you so desire.)

General Manager, Afif Akhtar said;

Cappuccino’s are extremely popular amongst our guests, we serve around 1,700 cups a month. There’s a real trick to ensuring you gain the perfect consistency for the frothed milk, and it’s definitely something that takes some practise!

We want to welcome all guests to come along on Tuesday and enjoy a cup of freshly made coffee on us. For many, a cappuccino is their ‘go to’ so this is perfect for them.

If you don’t have a chance to visit Cucina Rustica on the 8th of November, don’t waste the opportunity and make a cup of cappuccino at home. To make a foam use a simple handheld milk frother. In this article, you can find the one for you.

To be in with the chance of winning a year’s supply of Cappuccino’s at Cucina Rustica, tweet your creative coffee pictures tagging @CucinaRusticaUK and using the #CuppaccinaRustica
