Gulp down some amazing Italian Food

Mangia! Mangia! literally translates as Eat! Eat! and may sound a little bossy, but you definitely won’t need telling twice. This glorious pop-up is a celebration of the Italian way of eating; an evening of simple but delicious food, freshly prepared in Gulp’s Kitchen.

The menu includes Italian favourites Sarde a beccafico (stuffed sardines), a magnificent salame di cioccolato (chocolate salami), and finished off with homemade Limoncello. Are you dribbling yet? I am!

ABOUT Mangia! Mangia!

Mangia! Mangia! is the food baby of Matt O’Callaghan, a Birmingham based cook, grower, writer and teacher of food, specialising in traditional Italian and British recipes.

Much of the food he cooks is grown on his own Birmingham allotment, a project demonstrating that you don’t have to live in Italy to grow Mediterranean food.

Recipes and stories are available at www.mangiamangauk.com and you can follow the allotment and cooking on IG – mangiamangiauk.

Rachel Roddy: “beautiful, funny, fascinating, brilliant”

Nigella Lawson: “you’re such a beautiful writer”

Diana Henry: “Fantastic!”
