Kingfisher Shopping Centre will be opening its doors for the first time to Shaun Paul Smith’s Dance Academy, inviting children and young adults, aged between 3 and 21, to learn the very best in street and commercial dance this summer.
Redditch born and bred, Shaun Paul Smith is a renowned and sought after dance teacher at the world famous Pineapple Dance Studios in London and his credits include: Choreographer for Kidz Bop UK, Assistant Choreographer on ‘The Voice UK’ and Resident Director for the acclaimed ZooNation Dance Company, working with Justin Bieber, Hugh Jackman, Katy Perry and Will.i.am.
Shaun will be hosting a summer dance school, a week-long dance intensive from 22nd–26th July, where attendees will experience a fun, energetic and informative week learning from one of the best in the business. The dancers will then conclude their week of training with a performance that will be open to parents and the public free of charge on Friday 26th July.

Class times are as follows:
- Ages 3-6 years: 9:00am-10:00am Mon-Thurs
- Ages 7-12 years: 10:15am-1:15pm Mon-Thurs
- Ages 13-21 years: 2:00pm-5:00pm Mon-Thurs
- All ages: 10:00am-5:00pm Friday 26th July
