Lobster Shack Returns to the Hare & Hounds, Kings Heath

THE SHACK IS BACK!
Lobster Shack returns to the Hare & Hounds, Kings Heath on Friday 2nd December after an eighteen month break. This is the first Lobster Shack since Covid restrictions were lifted, so there will be no seating plan, and dancing will once again be permitted. This has clearly gone down well with the Lobster Shack faithful, as Early Bird tickets sold out within a couple of days of tickets going live!

What’s on the menu?
LOBSTER
The Second City’s reggae rapscallions Lobster will be dishing out their usual lyrical ska, punky, dub soaked flavours. Veterans of the 0121 scene, Lobster get the crowd bouncing with their melting pot sound ranging from stampeding ska punk to deep dub vibrations. Expect some new material on the night!
PAPER BUOYS
Original Lobster Shack family Paper Buoys make their big shack comeback. The Birmingham Music Award winners will be bringing their raw, sing-a-long anthems. A fusion of everything guitar-driven, held together by brilliant musicianship and infectious live energy.

MINTAKAA COLLECTIVE
Coventry-based Mintakaa Collective make their Birmingham debut gig. The musical mind of multi-instrumentalist Mintakaa has spawned into a collective of amazing musicians transmitting melodic, NeoJazz, downtempo sounds.
