ORELLE HOST AN EVENING WITH SAUVELLE VODKA

The onenight only event will take place in the restaurant’s Private Dining Room on 31st January

Birmingham’s restaurant in the sky, Orelle, will be hosting an exclusive one-night only event with Sauvelle Vodka in their Private Dining Room on Wednesday 31st January. 

The intimate evening, high above Birmingham’s skyline, will offer a three-course meal, specially curated by Executive Chef, Chris Emery, alongside three expertly paired Sauvelle Vodka cocktails. Diners will also be guided through their flavour-filled three course event by Orelle’s Bartenders and a Sauvelle Vodka Brand Ambassador. 

The £75 pp menu will showcase dishes such as:

Chapter I – Cured salmon ballotine, barbeque cucumber, clementine, kohlrabi 

Chapter II – Roasted Peking duck, pithivier, brussel sprouts, confit beetroot, pomme dauphine, sherry jus 

Chapter III – Milk chocolate mousse, walnut brownie, yuzu caramel, vanilla ice cream
