Orelle, the newest restaurant to join Birmingham’s hospitality scene, has arrived with over 200 guests enjoying an exclusive launch party.
Against a backdrop of unparalleled views over Birmingham and beyond, guests enjoyed a selection of canapes, Champagne and Orelle’s signature cocktails in the 24th floor restaurant, and were entertained with a live string quartet and DJs.
Open seven days a week, Orelle offers a dining experience for all occasions from lunch, dinner and cocktails in the 24th floor restaurant to brunch, lunch and afternoon tea in the ground floor café.
Celebrating the best of local and British produce, Orelle’s modern, French-inspired ‘A La Carte’ and ‘Prix Fixed Lunch’ menus, have been created by Head Chef, Chris Emery who previously held positions at The Alice in Oxford and Jason Atherton’s Michelin-starred Pollen Street Social in London.
Orelle is the first Birmingham location for D&D London. Located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row, Orelle offers panoramic views of the city and beyond.
Taking inspiration from the French words for ‘gold’ (or) and ‘her’ (elle), Orelle serves classic and modern French dishes, accompanied by a carefully crafted cocktail list created by Tiago Bastos, one of Birmingham’s leading mixologists.
The venue comprises an 88-cover restaurant, 14 person private dining room and 23 seater bar. Orelle Cafe and Terrace is located on the ground floor and will open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, evolving into a cocktail bar in the evening.
