Magic Hour is an immersive theatre show set in one of Birmingham’s top nightclubs. Following the recent closure of Digbeth’s largest independent venue, this timely production offers a fun and alternative club experience.
Director Will Jackson says:
This production responds to a growing frustration at the lack of queer art being commissioned in Birmingham outside of queer events, festivals and venues. The show seeks to bring this kind of work to mainstream theatre and to welcome in new audiences, working towards a more diverse and inclusive theatre landscape in Birmingham as a whole.
Quick Duck Theatre was created by Birmingham REP Foundry artist Will Jackson. They make interactive shows with a fun and comic twist to create unforgettable live experiences.
